Ambassador Collins Archie-Pearce is one of Sierra Leone’s most accomplished cultural ambassadors, whose remarkable journey from Freetown to international recognition exemplifies creativity, leadership, and global impact. Based in the United Kingdom since 1991, Archie-Pearce has become a powerful force in film, mentorship, and cultural advocacy, effectively bridging Africa and the world.

Archie-Pearce is the Founder and CEO of Archie-Pearce Production Ltd, producing films that champion African stories with universal appeal. Notable works such as Ibu in Sierra Leone, Devil in Freetown, Flight 442, and The British Expert have reached international audiences through platforms like IROKOtv and major airline in-flight entertainment systems.
His creative vision has also focused on empowering Sierra Leonean talent. Through collaborations with the British Film Institute (BFI), he facilitated training and exchange programmes in 2014, 2015, and 2019, equipping young filmmakers with professional skills, academic exposure, and international networks.
Collins Archie-Pearce’s outstanding contributions have earned him over 80 international awards, including Best Film Producer (UK), multiple Lifetime Achievement Awards, and the prestigious title of Diaspora Movie Ambassador. His work has consistently positioned Sierra Leone prominently on the global cultural map.
Beyond filmmaking, Archie-Pearce serves as a Senior Manager at London Underground Ltd, where he oversees operations and leads teams on the busy Victoria Line, one of London’s most critical transport routes. In 2025, he was also appointed Director for Sierra Leone by Clevenard SL Spain, strengthening creative, cultural, and business ties between Europe and Africa.
In a historic personal milestone reflecting both success and national pride, Ambassador Collins Archie-Pearce became the first Sierra Leonean to purchase a Presidential Rolls-Royce 2026, symbolising excellence, achievement, and the rising global stature of Sierra Leoneans in the diaspora.
