The All Peoples Congress (APC) has announced a new date for the conduct of its outstanding Constituency Elections in four constituencies in the North-East.
In a Public Notice issued on Monday, 13th October, 2026 by the National Secretariat, the party said elections for Constituencies 044, 050, 065, and 066 will now be held on Thursday, 15th October, 2026.
According to the notice, the elections will take place at the APC Regional Headquarters in Makeni from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The National Secretariat called on all aspirants, duly accredited delegates, stakeholders and party members to take note of the scheduled date, venue and time, and to make the necessary preparations to ensure a smooth and orderly process.
The party also confirmed that it has formally notified the lPolitical Parties Regulation Commission (PPRC) and the *lSierra Leone Police (SLP) of the scheduled activities for their information and necessary action.
Furthermore, the Secretariat urged all concerned parties to cooperate with the party’s Interim Elections Management Committee (IEMC) and to adhere to the APC Constitution, party electoral rules and established procedures to ensure the exercise is peaceful, transparent and orderly.
The announcement comes as the APC continues efforts to conclude all outstanding lower-level elections ahead of its next phase of internal reorganisation.
